Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole
This is such a simple recipe and so easy to make. This is one of my family’s favorites.
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (I use canned or leftovers)
- 1 10-1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (or more)
- 1-1/2 cup uncooked macaroni
- onion, to taste
Preheat oven to 325*. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. This may look a bit weird, but it cooks together and tastes great. Pour into pan and spread evenly. Make sure to cover pan with tinfoil. Cook covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. May also sprinkle some more cheese on top when serving. 🙂
