Chicken Crescents
This is one of my family's most requested and favorite recipe. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Amy. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy and a veggie.
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/3 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 Tablespoon dried onion
- 2 cups chopped chicken
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, except crescent rolls. Roll out crescent rolls. Do not divide into triangles. Divide into 4 rectangles.
Using large cookie scoop, scoop out one scoop meat mixture for each crescent. If you have some left over, just distribute evenly.
Seal edges by pinching around crescent to form a pocket.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with chicken gravy.
