Chicken Crescents

This is one of my family's most requested and favorite recipe. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Amy. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy and a veggie.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1/3 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon dried onion
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, except crescent rolls. Roll out crescent rolls. Do not divide into triangles. Divide into 4 rectangles.

  2. Using large cookie scoop, scoop out one scoop meat mixture for each crescent. If you have some left over, just distribute evenly.

  3. Seal edges by pinching around crescent to form a pocket.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with chicken gravy.
