Easy Cake Mix Cookies – Strawberry with Confetti Chips

You can substitute any cake mix for this recipe. Super quick and easy to do when you just don’t want to put it all together. My granddaughter really wanted strawberry cookies with birthday chips. I pretty much try to give my grandkids whatever they want….because I can. haha Kaydee made this for us today. They are a bit sweet, but so is she.

1 box strawberry cake mix ((or as desired))
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chocolate or any other chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Using a cookie scoop, drop onto greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. Store in airtight container.
Different variations include: chocolate with Andes chips, chocolate with chocolate chips, yellow with chocolate chips, etc. etc. Be creative. Have fun with it and Enjoy!!!
