A creamy, alcohol-free coconut mojito made with fresh lime, mint, coconut, and pebble ice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tablespoon coconut Torani syrup
  • 2 ounces half & half
  • 2 ounces coconut Real
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 lime
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 cups pebble ice

Instructions

  • Add the coconut Torani syrup, half & half, Coco Real, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves to a blender.
    Add the pebble ice.
    Blend until smooth and fully combined.
    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Blending the mint gives the drink a smooth texture and evenly distributes the flavor throughout.
    If your blender struggles with pebble ice, pulse first, then blend until smooth.
    Serve right away for the best texture and flavor.
