- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Mix. Add in milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out cookie dough. Roll into balls. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. Enjoy!
