I'm gonna be straight up with you--I used to hate snickerdoodles before I tasted these. I hated how crunchy they were and the sugar on the outside. It wasn't until McKinzie made these that I fell in love. I love how soft and chewy these are. I love the absolute perfection of cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2cupbutter or margarine, softened
1cupsugar
1wholeegg
2Tablespoonsmilk
1/2teaspoonvanilla
2cupsflour
1/4teaspoon baking soda
1/4teaspooncream of tartar
1/4teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
3Tablespoonssugar
1Tablespooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Mix. Add in milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out cookie dough. Roll into balls. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. Enjoy!
