Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 roll Ritz crackers, smashed
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    In a skillet over medium heat, lightly brown the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper or garlic salt, if desired. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish.
