- 1 12 ounce box Rice Chex
- 1 11.7 ounce box Golden Grahams
- 4 cups coconut
- 8 ounce sliced almonds
- 2 cups corn syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla

- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Golden Grahams, coconut, and sliced almonds. Set aside.In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.Once boiling, continue to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.Pour the hot syrup mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.Spread mixture onto a greased baking sheet and allow to cool completely.Once cooled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
