Eye Pie

I pretty much just tried to make something with the ingredients I had on hand. I found these little pie tins at the dollar store and decided to use them. I really struggled with the crimping and wish I would’ve done that differently. Next time, I would like to make smaller ones. I found a great website that shows how this process is done.
