Chicken Stuffing Casserole
This is super simple and easy to make. This is the perfect comfort food and a hit with the whole family.
- 1 box stuffing mix, such as Stove Top
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Preheat oven to 400*. Place chicken in 9×13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Prepare your stuffing mix according to instructions. (I like to heat up my butter and water in the microwave and then stir the stuffing mix into it). Mix soup, milk and parsley together. You may also add a little dry onion, to taste. Spread the sauce on top of chicken. Top with the stuffing mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until temperature of meat is 165 degrees.
