Easy Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is so simple to make that I almost feel guilty. This is a spin from my other cake mix cookie recipe. I really wanted a great raspberry cookie that wouldn't go mushy. I put this together and I was so excited when it came out perfect. Enjoy!
- 2 boxes Jiffy Raspberry Muffin MIx
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Using a cookie scoop, drop onto greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. Store in airtight container.
Different variations include: chocolate with Andes chips, chocolate with chocolate chips, yellow with chocolate chips, etc. etc. Be creative. Have fun with it and Enjoy!!!
