Lemon Marshmallow Fruit Dip
I got this recipe from my mother in law, Diane. Kyle made this for Father's Day this weekend. He tweaked it a bit by adding some whip cream. I will add that to this recipe. You may omit it if desired. Enjoy!
- 1 8oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 bottle marshmallow cream, large size
- lemon juice, to taste
- 1 8oz. container of whipped topping ((Cool Whip))
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add marshmallow cream gradually at low speed, until just blended. Add lemon juice to taste. Like I said above, Kyle added whipped topping to this and a little extra lemon juice. This is completely optional. Enjoy!
