Chocolate Ganache Frosting

I use ganache for so many desserts.  Here is a recipe for frosting.  Enjoy!

  • 1 cup chocolate chips, milk or semi
  • 6 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
  1. Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together.  Stir in powdered sugar.  Stir until smooth.  Pour over 9X13″ cake.
