Chocolate Ganache Frosting
I use ganache for so many desserts. Here is a recipe for frosting. Enjoy!
- 1 cup chocolate chips, milk or semi
- 6 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Pour over 9X13″ cake.
