Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This is a quick and easy way to make Chicken Cordon Bleu in a casserole. I love the simplicity of this.
- 4 cups chicken, cut up into small 1/2 inch sizes ((about 4 chicken breasts))
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 cans Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 8oz. cube cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 cup shredded jack cheese ((or other as desired))
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, approx.
Preaheat oven to 350. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Stir chicken and ham together and layer in pan. Combine the rest of ingredients, except the bread crumbs. Pour over chicken/ham mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs as desired. Bake for 40 minutes. You can substitute low fat ingredients and it still comes out wonderful.
