Mama King's Japanese Fried Rice
Just add some veggies and you will have yourself a perfect meal. I love to add broccoli and peas/carrots. This is a favorite in our family. Hope you will enjoy!!
- 8 cups rice, cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 slices bacon, diced
- 2 chicken breasts ((I like to use a 22oz. grilled and ready bag of chicken))
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 12 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 whole eggs, scrambled

Cook rice. I like to use a little more. It really makes the meal go further with a big family without losing the taste. While cooking, brown bacon bits until crisp. Add onion and peppers. Add chicken and soy sauce and heat.
Ina separate pan, scramble and cook eggs with salt & pepper, to taste. When the rice is done cooking, put all the ingredients together in a very large bowl. I love to throw in some broccoli or other vegetables. Serve.
