Homemade Meatballs with two sauces
This is a great meatball recipe. I have used other sauces, like BBQ. I love to serve this for things like New Year’s parties or Super Bowl. It’s a definite favorite.
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1-1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Meatball Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoon worcesershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix all meatball ingredients together well. Make 2″ balls and line large casserole dish. Cover with desired sauce and bake for 45 minutes or until meatballs are 165*. You can keep this warm in crockpot until serving.
