This is a favorite at any family gathering. This recipe is from my step-mom, Jeanne Paulson. She is another fabulous cook. She used to decorate cakes a few years back. She is meticulous and does an amazing job. You will love this.

Ingredients
1/4cup butter, softened
1cupsugar
1 cupbananas, mashed
3wholeeggs
1teaspoonvanilla
2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoon salt
1cupsour cream
Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2cupbutter, softened
18oz.cube cream cheese, room temperature
1teaspoonvanilla
1dashsalt
3-4cupspowdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325*. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well-incorporated. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
To Make Frosting
Cream butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla, salt and powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
