Soft & Chewy Cinnamon and Sugar Butter Cookies
You will love the flavor of these soft buttery cookies. These are one of my favorites at Mrs. Field's in the mall. I love to make the mini versions. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup DARK brown sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-1/2 cups flour
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream sugars and butter. Add eggs. Mix in other ingredients. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out cookies and shape into balls. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 18-20 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. Enjoy!
