There is nothing better than pumpkin spice. Add chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc. to give it a twist. These are moist and filling.

3cupsflour
4teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1cupsugar
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1/2cup margarine or butter
2wholeeggs
1cupmilk
115ozcan pureed pumpkin
1/2cup raisins or chocolate chips, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and margarine. Mix. Add egg, milk and pumpkin and desired raisins, nuts or chocolate chips. Using 2-1/2 Tablespoon scoop, scoop batter into prepared muffin pans. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. I also like to run some cream cheese frosting over these or use a crumb topping.
