Lemon Fruit Dip
This fruit dip is by far my most favorite to date. I love the tangy flavor from the pineapple and lemon. Taste great with any fruit. I got this recipe from my step-mom, Jeanne Paulson. She makes the most amazing food. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 8oz. container of Cool Whip or make your own with heavy cream
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 small package instant lemon pudding
Instructions
- Mix pineapple juice and pudding together in small bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated. This is my favorite with fresh strawberries. Yum!
