This recipe is one of my most favorites. Heather made this for us and I was hooked. We combined this with our Kalua Pork as part of our Hawaiian plate and it was perfect. Hope you enjoy the flavors. I love it with the fresh ginger. Yum!

Ingredients
1-1/2poundschicken thighs or chicken breasts
1cup soy sauce
1cupbrown sugarpacked
1cuppineapple juice
4teaspoongarlicminced
1/4teaspoonground gingeror use 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well. Marinade chicken for 4 hours or longer. Remove from marinade and grill. Serve with rice or other desired side dish.
