Instructions

• Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom center of each Twinkie, pushing it in about halfway.

  Place the Twinkies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15–20 minutes to help them firm up.

  Melt green candy melts according to package directions until smooth.

  Dip each chilled Twinkie into the melted candy coating, turning to coat evenly. Gently tap off excess.

  Place coated Twinkies back onto parchment paper.

  While the coating is still wet, attach candy eyeballs and any additional decorations.

  Use chocolate sprinkles or black icing to create the mouth and hair details.

  Let the coating fully set before serving or packaging.

  Freezing the Twinkies briefly helps keep the lollipop sticks secure while dipping.

  If candy coating becomes too thick, reheat in short intervals and stir well.

  These pops can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
