I got this recipe from my mother in law, Alene King. My grand-daughter came over today and this is the recipe she decided she wanted to make. This is so moist and perfect. I paired it with a chocolate ganache frosting and it tasted amazing!!!

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Beat for about 2 minutes. Carefully add 1 cup of boiling water and beat another 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 10x15" baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. I frosted these with a chocolate ganache. See here: https://keepingupwiththekings.com/2019/05/03/chocolate-ganache-frosting/
