Ingredients
6boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1smallbottle of barbecue sauce
1/2cup ranch dressing
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
3green onionsdiced
1/2cupbacon bits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the bottom of the pan.Arrange chicken breasts in the dish in a single layer.Spoon about 1 tablespoon ranch dressing over each piece of chicken and spread evenly.Pour remaining barbecue sauce over the chicken.Cover and bake for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is nearly cooked through.Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.Return to oven uncovered and bake 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.Rest briefly before serving.
Notes
