- 1 13.8-ounce can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 can black olives
- Poppy seeds for sprinkling

- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Unroll pizza dough and gently press into an even rectangle.Using a pizza cutter, slice dough into strips about ½-inch wide.Wrap each strip loosely around the handle of a wooden spoon or skewer to create a spiral shape, then slide it off and place on the prepared baking sheet.Alternatively, twist the dough by hand into a snake-like shape.Flatten one end slightly to form the snake’s head.Brush each breadstick lightly with olive oil.Sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.Slice the black olive into small pieces and place on the head for eyes.Bake for about 12 minutes, or until lightly golden.While baking, cut the red bell pepper into thin strips.Remove breadsticks from the oven and carefully insert bell pepper pieces as tongues.Serve warm.
