Crispy parmesan cheese toast made with buttered bread and grated parmesan, cooked until golden and crisp.

  • 1 loaf texas toast bread
  • butter
  • grated parmesan cheese

  • Butter both sides of each slice of bread.
    Press one side of each slice into grated parmesan cheese, coating evenly.
    Heat a lightly greased skillet over low heat (about 300°F).
    Place bread cheese-side down in the skillet.
    Cook until golden and crisp, then flip and cook the other side until warmed through.
    Remove from skillet and serve warm.
