Crockpot Italian Fettucine

Crockpot Italian Fettucine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 3-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Dry Zesty Italian Seasoning
- 12 ounce package fettucine noodles (or pasta of choice)

- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.Pour cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup over the chicken, spreading evenly.Sprinkle Italian dressing mix evenly over the top.Place the block of cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, until chicken is tender.About 20 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.Remove chicken from the crockpot and place on a plate. Whisk the sauce in the crockpot until smooth and creamy.Slice or shred the chicken, then return it to the sauce or serve whole over pasta.Spoon Alfredo sauce and chicken over cooked fettuccine and serve warm.
Notes
- For a thinner sauce, stir in a splash of milk or reserved pasta water before serving.This recipe works well with penne, linguine, or rotini if fettuccine isn’t available.Add steamed broccoli or peas at the end for an easy vegetable boost.
