Taco Soup

  • 1 pound lean ground beef, browned w/onion
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can refried beans ((I like two))
  • 1 can mexi-style chili beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 15oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 4oz. can chilies, diced
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (not buttermilk)
  1. After browning hamburger with onion, pour all the ingredients in a large saucepan. No need to drain liquids. Cook and stir until hot and bubbly. Spoon into bowls and top with cheese, tomatoes, olives, etc.—-whatever you wish. We like to have ours with Fritos. Just dip and enjoy!
