Pineapple Pistachio Puff Salad

This is a great picnic salad.  Add other fruit and you have yourself a light and fluffy jello pudding salad.

  • 1 20oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 3.4oz. package of pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 8oz. container of whipped topping
  • 1 small bag of mini marshmallows

Optional Add-Ins Suggestions

  • maraschino cherries, fruit cocktail, bananas, strawberries, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, etc.
  1. Mix crushed pineapple, undrained with pudding mixes until well incorporated.  Add whipped topping and marshmallows.  Refrigerate for 4 hours to set.  Add other ingredients as desired.  This is great with maraschino cherries.  🙂
